We love it here

Just returned from our 4th visit. The apartments are set amongst a beautiful and well kept garden with fragrant jasmine, palm and fruit trees. They are close to both beach and town but also wonderfully quiet and relaxing.

Wonderful host, friendly, responsive, and helpful. Lovely accommodation. Great swimming pool. Close to a quiet beach with great swimming. 10-15 minutes walk along a quiet lane to town.

Familiar clean facility with giant pool. Only 5 apartment with approx 40m2. Bathroom with Badewanne. Integriert a kitchenette with electric hob and oven. Balcony overlooking the garden, 250m to the sea, 700m to the delightful fishing village, 50m to the nearest tavern. Here you can really “relax” and will be well looked after by the owners.

My name is Dimitra Verginadis, and I am the proud owner and hostess of Dionzois Villas, a boutique holiday resort of eight beautiful houses that I have lovingly operated for over 20 years.

Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, I speak and write fluent English, which helps me connect effortlessly with guests from all around the world. I also hold a lifeguard license, ensuring an added sense of safety and care during your stay.

Warm, welcoming, and always attentive, I take great pride in creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

I genuinely enjoy going the extra mile-whether it’s offering local trips, arranging special requests, or simply being available whenever needed.
